Allowances

Gordon Tobey Developments offers fully customizable plans and design features. As a result, there are an UNLIMITED number of potential options and upgrades. To account for this, an allowance is included in the contract for the following items:

• kitchen and bathroom cabinets and counters
• flooring materials – hardwood, laminate, ceramic, carpet, tile
• lighting fixtures – interior and exterior
• bathroom accessories
• fireplace hearth, face and mantel

Expenditures over or under the allowances are itemized (charged or rebated) and reflected in the final closing cost reconciliation
