Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is our second experience with Gordon Tobey Developments. They built our house in 2012 and just finished building a detached garage. Our builds have been completely hassle free. We are very happy with them and recommend them highly. Stephen is on top of everything, and the work crews (John and Scott Rickerby, Ryan Pearce) the masons (Jim Grey and his crew) do high quality and very professional work. They are also just really nice guys!

They have other houses to visit also, just gorgeous too…A gorgeous brown house (see picture) which the proceeds will be donated to Trenton Hospital…

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This builder has a philosophy of constructing good looking, high quality, energy efficient, tailored homes - the townhouse bungalows are especially tailored for accessibility and the builder takes pains to get it right for each individual buyer it seems. I am very happy with the quality of build, tailoring and space in my townhome. I would definitely recommend this builder to anyone looking at moving to Brighton, Quinte West area.
